Free Delivery for purchases over £100 and delivered within mainland UK. Please note that overseas deliveries must be sent to the billing address.
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept and resell these products, therefore we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items. Please read the descriptions, and review the product images and size guide carefully.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to Le-Beau.co.uk Customer Service Department ASAP. However, we do give you 10 working days from the delivery of your items to inform us for a full refund or exchange. Le-Beau.co.uk offers a 30 day replacement policy on all faulty products. Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to make sure all labels are still attached to the products.
All returned goods will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be working. For Le-beau to return an item or order, the customer will need to make payment for the delivery before we can resend their goods.
A refund cannot be issued until Le-Beau.co.uk receives the goods in question. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Le-Beau.co.uk we aim to refund you within 14 days.
How to return an item
If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item please make sure you wrap the item securely. You will need to enclose a accompanying document informing us of your details, these must include:
- The name of the person who made the order
- Your order Number
- Date of original order
- Reason for return
Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us. Postage costs of unwanted goods are down to the customer.
