By purchasing products from Le-Beau.co.uk you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area,  community or country. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Le-Beau.co.uk is not obliged to accept your order.

Contract Formation
Orders made through Le-Beau.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. Le-Beau.co.uk may choose at any time to cancel your order. No contract will officially exist between yourself and Le-Beau.co.uk until your parcel has been despatched. Le-Beau.co.uk provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.

Data Protection
Le-Beau.co.uk is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent or information provided on the website. Le-beau may contact you from time to time from our sister and partner companies.

Discount offers and Voucher Codes
Le-Beau.co.uk has the right to end offers at any time.
In the instance that a customer has two or more discount codes they should use the code for the greater amount as discount offers and voucher codes cannot be added together.

Disclaimer
All goods sold through this site are sold as ‘novelty goods.’ The vendor, Le-Beau.co.uk, cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use. Goods or packaging of goods may differ slightly to those displayed on the website.

Acceptance of terms and conditions
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted goods
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept and resell these products, therefore we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items.  Please read the descriptions, and review the product images and size guide carefully.

Faulty or incorrect goods
Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to Le-Beau.co.uk Customer Service Department ASAP. However, we do give you 10 working days from the delivery of your items to inform us for a full refund or exchange. Le-Beau.co.uk offers a 30 day replacement policy on all faulty products. Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to make sure all labels are still attached to the products.

All returned goods will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be working.  For Le-beau to return an item or order, the customer will need to make payment for the delivery before we can resend their goods.

Refunds
A refund cannot be issued until Le-Beau.co.uk receives the goods in question. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Le-Beau.co.uk we aim to refund you within 14 days.

How to return an item
If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item please make sure you wrap the item securely. You will need to enclose a accompanying document informing us of your details, these must include:

• The name of the person who made the order
• Your order Number
• Date of original order
• Reason for return
  

Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us. Postage costs of unwanted goods are down to the customer.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 2 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been despatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us. Please remember that we work on a same day despatch system so to avoid the postage charge and delayed refund you should inform us on the same day that the order is made.

Marketing
Le-beau.co.uk will not share you email address with unknowns companies. However we may from time to time send you marketing material from ourselves or partnered companies. Should you not wish to receive further marketing email from us or our partners you can click unsubscribe at the bottom of any of our emails you receive.
